Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in USA or EU. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256 for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit). Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We use third-party services including: Stripe (payment processing), OxyLabs (web data services), OpenAI (AI content generation). Each third party has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
